Welcome To
The Icklesham Village
Beer Festival 2011
Once again this year we will be running the festival over four days. The festival will again host numerous amounts of real ales from micro and medium breweries across the country as well as lager, wines and ciders from local suppliers.
The idea behind the festival is to provide a fun event and the chance to taste a variety of unusual and rare real ales from this and other areas and to give support to local charities and promote local entertainment from talented musicians and entertainers young and old.
This year the festival will be bigger and better and as the Sunday was a massive success last year, we have rebooked NAVI again for this year as we have received numerous requests to put him on again and also the fact that he requested to reappear at the festival as he said that it was the best event that he had performed at in the South East.
The evening sessions are for over 18’s only and if you look young enough you will be asked for ID.
The Sunday session is family orientated and is open to children of all ages, children aged twelve and under admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.
There are no camping or caravan facilities available and sadly we cannot allow animals to the event except guide dogs. Although the festival is in a field and the ground is a little bit uneven, wheelchairs are welcome and disabled toilets are available.
